  The MBH's second recording session took place in October, 1986 at Al Basi's studio in New York. In addition to the originally released LP program, the CD program and digital release include 4 bonus tracks. These would certainly have been included if there had been enough time. The selections reflect Danny D'Imperio's extensive knowledge of jazz and keen interest in performing significant but often under-recorded compositions. There are great solos by John Marshall, Gary Pribek and Tardo Hammer and excellent time-keeping, change-ups and accents by Danny D'Imperio. Dave Shapiro also provides tasteful background harmony and rhythm throughout.
