Returns and Refunds
Only products that are returned with the specific product packaging they were shipped in, including shrink wrap and labels, may be returned for credit or refund. Unless the products shipped are determined to be defective or mistakenly shipped to the customer, they will not qualify for a refund. No refunds shall be made for products erroneously ordered.
We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any country. Any payments received for orders that we have refused but which have been paid for, shall be promptly refunded. We shall inform the purchaser of any refusal to ship promptly.
Any claim for defective product refunds or credits shall require that the product claimed to be defective be returned with postage paid in advance by purchaser, unless otherwise expressly agreed by us in writing. Generally, only manufacturing defects will qualify for refunds or credits. If it is determined that the product shipped by us is defective or is not what was ordered, we reserve the right to ship the correct or non defective item, or to refund payment to the customer, at our discretion.
All CDs are shipped to countries outside of the US without jewel cases, but are shipped sealed with the CD(s) and the print material in shrink wrap. The term "CD" shall include both commercially replicated Compact Discs and commercially replicated CD-Rs.
In the case of LPs, all LPs are new pressings, unless otherwise noted. In some cases, the LPs are pressed from original mothers or masters and may contain minor defects that are also in the original pressings, but do not affect the general playability of the record. These are not reasons to expect any refunds or exchanges. Any question concerning the original defects in metal mothers or masters of an LP offered by us will be promptly answered by e-mail, at any time prior to or after the sale.
We hereby warrant that all products offered by us through any offer connected to this web site are lawfully manufactured under our authority or by us directly and are genuine. All products are warrantied to be free of any defects that would render them unfit for their generally intended purpose, as these terms are ordinarily construed with respect to similar articles offered for sale in interstate commerce.
